Refund and Returns Policy

At EASEMYNEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to deliver reliable and satisfactory home services. However, as our services involve manpower, time, and customized work at the customer’s location, this Returns & Refunds Policy clarifies how refunds are handled.


1️⃣ Service-based Orders Are Non-Returnable

Since our services are delivered directly at your premises:

  • Services cannot be returned
  • No refund is applicable once a booking is confirmed or work has started

This applies to all services:

🧹 Cleaning & Pest Control
🔌 Electrician Services
🔧 Plumber Services
🪚 Carpenter Services
🎨 Painting & Waterproofing
🍳 Cooking Helper / Kitchen Assistance


2️⃣ Cancellation Before Service Start

  • If the service team is not yet assigned or has not started travelling, cancellation may be allowed
  • Any advance (if taken) may be refunded after deduction of booking & admin charges

Once the service professional is on the way → No cancellation allowed


3️⃣ Rework Instead of Refund

Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are unhappy with the service outcome:

✔ We provide free rework (once), based on genuine issues
❌ No monetary refunds are provided for services


4️⃣ Situations Not Eligible for Refund/Rework

  • Customer unavailable at service location
  • Damage caused by user after service completion
  • Incorrect address or delayed access
  • Service hindered due to unsafe or unsuitable environment
  • Customer changes requirement after service start

5️⃣ Complaint Time Limit

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for rework eligibility.
