1️⃣ Service-based Orders Are Non-Returnable
Since our services are delivered directly at your premises:
- Services cannot be returned
- No refund is applicable once a booking is confirmed or work has started
This applies to all services:
🧹 Cleaning & Pest Control
🔌 Electrician Services
🔧 Plumber Services
🪚 Carpenter Services
🎨 Painting & Waterproofing
🍳 Cooking Helper / Kitchen Assistance
2️⃣ Cancellation Before Service Start
- If the service team is not yet assigned or has not started travelling, cancellation may be allowed
- Any advance (if taken) may be refunded after deduction of booking & admin charges
Once the service professional is on the way → No cancellation allowed
3️⃣ Rework Instead of Refund
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are unhappy with the service outcome:
✔ We provide free rework (once), based on genuine issues
❌ No monetary refunds are provided for services
4️⃣ Situations Not Eligible for Refund/Rework
- Customer unavailable at service location
- Damage caused by user after service completion
- Incorrect address or delayed access
- Service hindered due to unsafe or unsuitable environment
- Customer changes requirement after service start
5️⃣ Complaint Time Limit
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for rework eligibility.
