Cancellation Policy

At EASEMYNEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel orders for Cleaning & Pest Control, Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Painting & Waterproofing, and Cooking Helper Services, along with any product orders (if applicable).


1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if:

  • The service has not yet been processed or started
  • The product has not been shipped
  • You contact us within the allowed time frame

2. Cancellation Procedure

Once we receive your cancellation request:

  • We will review and process it
  • You will receive email confirmation upon approval

โš ๏ธ If a service has already started or a product has shipped, then cancellation may not be possible.
In that case, you may follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.


3. Refunds

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7โ€“10 business days from the date of confirmation

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellation will not be accepted for:

  • Services already started or completed
  • Products shipped or delivered
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as non-refundable or special promotions
