1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if:
- The service has not yet been processed or started
- The product has not been shipped
- You contact us within the allowed time frame

2. Cancellation Procedure
Once we receive your cancellation request:

- You will receive email confirmation upon approval

3. Refunds
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation

- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as non-refundable or special promotions
